The Ministry of Planning of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has published a job circular for the post of Assistant Director (Planning) in the Directorate General of Planning.Interested candidates may apply online through the website of the Directorate General of Planning by 5th February, 2022.The Assistant Director (Planning) will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the planning process of the Directorate General of Planning.The jobholder will be required to prepare background papers, concept notes, feasibility studies, project proposals, and reports; coordinate and monitor project activities; and provide secretariat support to planning committees and working groups.In addition, the Assistant Director (Planning) will also be responsible for carrying out research on development issues and trends; maintaining liaison with concerned government agencies, NGOs, and development partners; and representing the Directorate General of Planning in relevant forums and meetings.

The completed application form along with attested copies of all academic and professional certificates, national ID card, three recent passport size photographs, and bank draft / pay order should be sent to 'The Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), Gazipur' by registered / speed post within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this job circular.
